Cancelation must be done at least 48 hours before a scheduled session. This gives us the opportunity to fill the spot. You may cancel online or by contacting us via WhatsApp.

Cancellations made 48 hours before the event date will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours of the event may not receive a refund, but can be rescheduled.

In case of no-show no rescheduling and refund is possible.

If you cannot attend, you can transfer to a friend.
