Cancelation must be done at least 48 hours before a scheduled session. This gives us the opportunity to fill the spot. You may cancel online or by contacting us via WhatsApp.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellation requests made between 48 hours and 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund, but the session may be rescheduled within 4 weeks of the original appointment date.
• In the case of a no-show, or cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, neither rescheduling nor a refund is possible. If the payment was not made online, the full session price must be payed. If you wish to book a new appointment with us, the outstanding amount may be reduced to a cancellation fee of 50 CHF - at the discretion of the studio.

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to a friend. Personal discounts cannot be transferred or applied more than once.
